Matthew Glaser holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of South Alabama and his Master of Science in Information Studies from the University of Texas at Austin. He has worked in public libraries for five years, during which he has established community partnerships, met with nationally recognized authors, and managed large grant projects. Glaser is an active member of the Texas Library Association and has served a three-year term on the Texas State Library’s E-Read Texas Working Group. His passion for libraries and learning keeps him going, and he believes everyone should be able to come to the library and leave knowing their next step.
