Bill Fuller was born in Oklahoma, but he and his wife have called Hewitt home for the last 39 years. They have two children and four grandchildren. He is a graduate of McLennan Community College with an Associates Degree in Management. Before retiring, Fuller worked at Texas Farm Bureau Insurance holding various positions, the Kerr-McGee Oil Co, and he also served in the United States Air Force for two years before enlisting in the Navy reserves for 23 years.
Fuller has been on the Hewitt City Council since 2002. In which time, he has helped to replace all the old water and sewer lines, along with joining Waco Metropolitan Area Regional Sanitary Sewer System (WMARSS), and replacing all the dirt roads that were in Hewitt. Fuller has also been apart of the process of building the new Fire and Police Department, and also the City Hall and Library. Fuller not only helps bring about change in the City of Hewitt, but involves himself in the community by participating in Hewitt Little League Softball.
