City Manager Adam Miles is the head of this office. He receives support from his management staff team members: City Secretary Lydia Lopez, Community Development Director Bruce Braley, Community Services Director Paul Holroyd, Finance Director Lee Garcia, Fire Chief Glen Arthur and Police Chief Jim Barton. The City Manager's Office is responsible for administration of all operations of the city including Police, Community Services, Building, Utilities and Municipal Court. This office is also in charge of creating and implementing the annual budget.
